This is the current set of instructions for reporting of tier1 resources for NDGF.

Secondly, we need some accounting on how much resources are used by the
different WLCG VOs on the tier1 computational resources. To do this you
need to install sgas (http://www.sgas.se) and use the "jarm" plugin to
report data, like this:

authplugin="FINISHED timeout=100,ontimeout=log
/lap/sgas/bin/sgas-ng-bank-release %C %I %S %U"

The sgas config needed is:
# Logger used by sgas tools
se.sgas.luts=https://banyan.hpc2n.umu.se:8443/wsrf/services/sgas/LUTS

# Logger used by jarm component
se.sgas.jarm.luts=https://banyan.hpc2n.umu.se:8443/wsrf/services/sgas/LUTS

And then there is a cron job needed also:
37 4,10,13,16,22 * * * root /lap/sgas/bin/sgas-batch-job-release
